In this context, bearter acts as an unaffiliated credit intermediary within the scope of commercial investment advice, limited to the brokerage of mortgage and personal loans, and processes all data required for a credit decision by the financial institutions.
– Other purposes of data processing are the provision, troubleshooting and improvement of our services, recommendations and personalization of features, products and services, communication with you, compliance with various legal requirements (such as in connection with billing and contract data), for verification in case of claimed rights or obligations (for example, in case of death), administration, maintenance of security, fraud prevention, as well as the ongoing improvement of the services at www.willhaben.at or in the mobile applications.
A company that processes data on behalf of bearter is called a processor. When we work with processors, we ensure that we have order processing agreements that set out how data can be processed. Generally, such an agreement regulates that the processor may only process personal data on behalf of bearter and for clearly defined purposes.
